Edit session on tensor doc PhL 8.23.15 My main goal here is to get the Sjamaar volume formula into my section 8, but I will do other things as well and will track all these items here. I edited equations (8.2.3) and (8.2.4) to show the meaning of n, and to improve the details of (8.2.4). No lines are added or deleted from the document in these edits.
